User guide
How to use NextCRM day to day, for sales people and managers.
This guide is for people who sign in to NextCRM and work with customers: sales reps, account managers, and their managers. It covers the web interface only. Installing and configuring NextCRM is in the admin guide, and the API and MCP server are in the developer guide.
Some features depend on your role (user, manager, or admin) and on what your administrator has set up, such as Google sign-in, Google Calendar, or AI keys. Each page says when that applies.
